Shipping Policy 

Cookies are made fresh and packaged by hand to ensure the highest possible quality.

  • Small Team, Big Quality: Flavr Cookies is crafted by a dedicated team of just 1-2 bakers focused on delivering the best quality in every order.
  • Freshness First:
    • All cookies are baked on Monday for maximum freshness.
    • Orders placed by Thursday at 5 PM will be included in the following Tuesday shipment.
    • Orders received after this cutoff will be baked and shipped the next Tuesday.
  • Shipping Carriers: We ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.
  • Shipping Damages:
    • We are not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping.
    • For any shipping-related damages, please contact the courier directly.
  • Thank You for Supporting Us!: Your patience and support help us grow and continue to deliver freshly baked, delicious cookies every time.

Return Policy

  • Due to our baked goods being a perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges
  • If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@flavrcookies.com within 24 hours  of receiving your order.
  • Please provide a photo and description of your issue,  we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.

*All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reship or refund. 

 

Order Cancellation 
You may make a request to cancel order for 1 hour after it was placed at: support@flavrcookies.com. 

If the cancellation window has passed contact us via email support@flavrcookies.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
